The site has no account, contact form, advertising pixel, or lead-tracking system. Microsoft Clarity is optional and never loads on the contract-date organizer.
Tool entries
The contract-date organizer runs in your browser and never loads Microsoft Clarity. Open Terms Income does not receive or store the dates you enter or the question sheet the tool creates.
Optional analytics
On other pages, you can choose whether to allow Microsoft Clarity. If you select “Allow analytics,” Clarity captures page views and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. We use that information to improve the site's content and usability.
Clarity may use first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies for behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. We deny advertising storage when we send your analytics choice to Clarity. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your choice is saved in your browser. Select “Analytics choices” in the footer to change it. If you select “No thanks,” Clarity does not load.
Hosting records
Cloudflare may process technical and security records needed to deliver and protect the site. These records can include network requests and security events. Cloudflare handles them under its applicable terms and privacy practices.
